Osteopahic Manual Practitioner

Kayla is a classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, registered with the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She studied at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Kayla completed the 1 year Pre-Osteopathy program and the 4 year M.OMSc (Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences) program. The required clinical practice and understanding of anatomy, physiology and Osteopathic theory and history has prepared her to take on difficult cases in regards to lost health.

Kayla is passionate and devoted to render Osteopathic care, abiding by the laws and principles that govern it. Over the years, she has gained experience working with people of all ages, who come in with a variety of health concerns and different forms of pain. Kayla strives to help patients achieve and restore their health and overall well-being.

Kayla loves singing, Walt Disney creations, and travelling. In her spare time Kayla reads Osteopathic literature and practices meditation. She spends a majority of her time with family and friends. Kayla has a 2 ½ year old nephew named Chase who she absolutely adores and values the time she spends with him as he grows. Kayla’s dog Shadow recently passed and a lot of her time went into playing and taking care of her. She was so loved and is deeply missed. Shadows passing however sparked an interest in Equine Osteopathy and Kayla is looking into a new offer her school has that teaches how to utilize the same principles for animals.

Kayla wants to provide you with what she believes to be one of the most effective natural modalities and do right by Osteopathy and by YOU. It is important that she communicates with you that she will hear and understand your pains, aches and/or health issues. These concerns are simply cause and effect.
